How can you perceive and discern the "Truth" when you are spiritually dead (A spiritual coma, analogous to
"Dead man walking")?
The Lord Christ Jesus through His Special Messenger the Apostle Paul reveals the answer in 2 Corinthians. 4:3-4 & 1 Corinthians. 2:11-15 Amplified Bible
But even if our Gospel (the glad tidings) also be hidden (obscured and covered up with a veil that hinders the knowledge of God), it is hidden [only] to those who are perishing and obscured [only] to those who are spiritually dying and veiled [only] to those who are lost.
For the god of this world (Satan: The Adversary / The Devil: The Accuser) has blinded the unbelievers' minds [that they should not discern the truth], preventing them from seeing the illuminating light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ (the Messiah), Who is the Image and Likeness of God.
For what person perceives (knows and understands) what passes through a man's thoughts except the man's own spirit within him? Just so no one discerns (comes to know and comprehend) the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.
Now we have not received the spirit [that belongs to] the world, but the [Holy] Spirit Who is from God, [given to us] that we might realize and comprehend and appreciate the gifts [of divine favor and blessing so freely and lavishly] bestowed on us by God.
And we are setting these truths forth in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the [Holy] Spirit, combining and interpreting spiritual truths with spiritual language [to those who possess the Holy Spirit].
But the natural, nonspiritual man does not accept or welcome or admit into his heart the gifts and teachings and revelations of the Spirit of God, for they are folly (meaningless nonsense) to him; and he is incapable of knowing them [of progressively recognizing, understanding, and becoming better acquainted with them] because they are spiritually discerned and estimated and appreciated.
But the spiritual man tries all things [he examines, investigates, inquires into, questions, and discerns all things], yet is himself to be put on trial and judged by no one [he can read the meaning of everything, but no one can properly discern or appraise or get an insight into him].
We at Awake O Sleeper, are calling out to you with the message of "Truth" in obedience with the command from our Lord Jesus Christ, as stated in the Gospels of Mark 16:15 -16 and Matthew 28:19 - "And He (Christ) said to them, Go into all the world and preach and publish openly the good news [the Gospel] to every creature [of the whole human race]. He who believes [who adheres to and trusts in and relies on the Gospel and Him Whom it sets forth] and is baptized will be saved [from the penalty of eternal death]; but he who does not believe [who does not adhere to and trust in and rely on the Gospel and Him Whom it sets forth] will be condemned." and "Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit".
We are believers of the good news of Jesus Christ. As the Apostle Paul states in his first letter to the Corinthians 1:18-19; "For the story and message of the cross is sheer absurdity and folly to those who are perishing and on their way to perdition, but to us who are being saved it is the [manifestation of] the power of God. For it is written, I will baffle and render useless and destroy the learning of the learned and the philosophy of the philosophers and the cleverness of the clever and the discernment of the discerning; I will frustrate and nullify [them] and bring [them] to nothing".
The most important thing for you on this earth, should be the salvation of your soul and the souls of those headed to eternal damnation; For Jehovah God tells the Prophet Ezekiel 18:4, 21-23; "Behold, all souls are Mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is Mine; the soul that sins, it shall die". But if the wicked man turns from all his sins (through the blood of Christ Jesus) that he has committed and keeps all My statutes and does that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die. None of his transgressions which he has committed shall be remembered against him; for his righteousness which he has executed [for his moral and spiritual rectitude in every area and relation], he shall live. Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked? says the Lord, and not rather that he should turn from his evil way and return [to his God] and live?
We invite you to come and leave behind any preconceived notions you may have about our Lord Jesus Christ. Come by faith; For as the Apostle Paul states in his letter to the Hebrews 11:6; "But without faith it is  impossible to please and be satisfactory to Him (God). For whoever would come near to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He is the rewarder of those who earnestly and diligently seek Him [out]". Having thus believed and accepted Him as your Savior, you will experience what the Apostle Paul writes in his letter to the Philippians 4:7; And God's peace [shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and being content with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is, that peace] which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus".
